• You'll prepare all the steps required to make a complete rmen:
  • Preparing homemade noodles made from wheat flour and roasted buckwheat
  • Making a tasty broth
  • Preparation of various toppings: tofu, cabbage, corn, mushrooms...
  • Homemade spiced oil
• Throughout the workshop, Muriel will share with you her techniques, her love of quality ingredients and her know-how to help you reproduce these recipes at home.
