Discover teppanyaki, the Japanese culinary art of cooking on a plancha at very high temperatures, and learn how to recreate a complete menu worthy of the finest restaurants, in a plant-based version.

Course of the workshop (3h30) :

• Your menu: miso soup, ginger salad, grilled tofu, sautéed rice and matcha ice cream.
• You'll prepare each of these dishes with original and delicious sauces.
• Throughout the workshop, Muriel will share with you her techniques, her love of quality ingredients and her savoir-faire, to help you reproduce these recipes at home.
• The workshop concludes with a convivial group tasting, rich in exchange and discovery.
