1-hour knife-making workshop in Paris 12th arrondissement

Antoine welcomes you to his workshop to introduce you to the art of cutlery making. During this 1-hour session, you’ll learn how to make the large version of the “L’Anjou” folding knife.

Workshop itinerary (1 hour):

• Introduction to the different parts that make up a knife.
• The metal parts of your knife will already be assembled and riveted.
• Choose your handle and shapeit using a belt sander.
• Work on the handle and complete the sanding at home.
• Advice from Antoine throughout the workshop.
• Sharpening the blade.
• Each participant takes home their knife in a pocket sheath provided by Antoine.
