Course of the workshop (4h):

Discover the different parts that make up a knife and assemble them.
Choice of material from several types of wood : olive, acacia, birch, pear, walnut, recycled or composite.
Work the wood into a knife handle.
No fewer than 30 steps are involved in creating your own knife: drilling, cutting, milling, polishing...
Each participant leaves with his or her own knife.

Antoine will give you invaluable advice throughout the workshop to ensure that the result is as clean and beautiful as possible. This knife will be your knife, and you'll have a special emotional bond with it. Your meals will never taste the same!
