Course of the workshop (8h):

  • Discover the different parts that make up a knife.
  • Choice of two types of wood: olive, acacia, birch, pear, walnut and many others.
  • Work with these woods to transform them into knife handles. You'll also insert a decorative piece on the handle: a mosaic rivet.
  • Guillochage to work certain metal parts.
  • No fewer than 40 steps are involved in creating your knife: drilling, cutting, milling and polishing.
