The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a convivial learning session.
Course outline (2h):
- With the chef's advice, you'll prepare a variety of recipes. Either 4 savory recipes or 3 savory recipes and one sweet recipe, such as verrines, turnovers, brochettes, samossas...
- At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your preparations to enjoy at home.
This activity is ideal for a special occasion.

Superb workshop with Abdel, very pleasant and attentive to our needs. He explained what we were going to do and showed us how to make them, and we were able to make 5 recipes with his help. What a pleasure to taste them as an aperitif!

Abdel had a great time. It's just a pity that when you make your reservation, you don't know exactly where to meet him (there's no number posted at Passage de la Pommeraye and the reservation form doesn't mention the name of the store where the workshop is taking place).
