• Welcome to Marianne's warm kitchen, introduction to the recipe and presentation of ingredients.
• Le Financier Végétal: Learn how to create a rich, fluffy and structured almond base without eggs or animal butter.
• Le Secret de la Diplomate Végétale: Master the fusion between a smooth pastry cream and a firm vegetable crème montée
• Le Montage de Précision: Work on the aesthetics of a "French-style" strawberry pastry: evenly cut strawberries, impeccably lined and smoothed with a spatula for a visual worthy of a great pastry shop.
