Pastry Class Outline (2 hours):
- Making choux pastry.
- Making a craquelin: a small piece of dough placed on top of the choux pastry to prevent it from losing its shape.
- Learn how to use a pastry bag to fill the choux pastries.
- Understand how to bake choux pastries.
- Each participant takes home their creations to enjoy at home.
- You’ll receive the recipe sheet used during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.

Very interesting and nice course

The level of the course is very basic, and when you ask more technical questions to get tips, the instructor doesn't have much of an answer. It's also impossible to deviate from the recipe, it's quite academic. Unfortunately, the instructor wasn't very welcoming or pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.
