Welcome to Louise, ayurveda practitioner and therapist. She will welcome you for a moment of peace, in her center located 30min from Nantes, in a peaceful and relaxing setting . The ayurveda and yoga day is an excellent choice for taking the time to pamper yourself and let go.

Course of the activity (6h30) :

• Hatha Yoga session (1h): an opportunity to discover the fundamentals of the practice with mantras, a body warm-up, breath control and stable postures.
• Relaxing massage with organic hot oil (1h): a thailam (a blend of medicated oils with herbs) will be chosen according to your Ayurvedic identity to bring you to a moment of deep relaxation.
• A sweating session (20 min) dry steam or hot steam, depending on your profile, to eliminate toxins.
• Ayurvedic lunch : organic, local, seasonal. The meal offers 6 flavors
  (salty, sweet, bitter, sour, pungent and astringent). Smooth and tasty, it remains
  light to aid digestion.
• A full-body, energetic treatment (1h30): to rebalance body, mind and emotions, we stimulate 107 points in the body to restore the flow of vital energy (Prana). A highly relaxing treatment.
