During this journey, you’ll also discover a production process directly inherited from the Maya.

Tasting Session Itinerary (1 hour):

  • An introduction to the processes that transform cacao into chocolate.
  • Blind tasting: raw beans, roasted beans, 100% chocolate bar, 70% chocolate bar, and spiced chocolate bars.
  • To round out this workshop on a high note, you ’ll enjoy a cup of hot chocolate just like in the days of the Maya.

Interesting but very expensive for the content Chocolate tasting, where you taste small pieces of beans and tiles, and a hot chocolate.

Good experience but the title is not correct This is not a blind tasting! It's just a tasting

Very nice and pleasant presenter. Slide presentation a little long from my point of view (the presentation/tasting ratio remains correct ). A few more games than slides would be a plus. Still interesting to learn things....

A wonderful discovery! The presenter was very interesting and friendly, and in a small group we learned about the history of chocolate and tasted it at various stages of production. Afterwards, we were all delighted to leave with a few bars of good chocolate to enjoy slowly at home!
