Treat yourself to a timeless interlude, combining the gentleness of meditation with the pleasure of ceramic throwing. This unique workshop invites you to slow down, let go and explore the connection between body, mind and matter. Guided by Hélène, a passionate ceramist, you'll learn to work with clay with full awareness, in a soothing and caring environment.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• A friendly welcome over coffee, tea or a cold drink to get you in the mood for the workshop.
• Guided meditation break (approx. 20 minutes) to calm the mind, and physical preparation with gentle back and wrist stretching exercises to release tension and enable you to work with clay with fluidity.
• Introduction to throwing (2h): demonstration of essential gestures, then step-by-step guidance to tame the material and shape your own ceramic piece.
• Sound journey and relaxation (30 minutes) to bring the workshop to a gentle close, fully integrating the experience and leaving with a feeling of calm and harmony.
• A final moment of sharing, followed by a time dedicated to cleaning the wheel before leaving on a serene and inspiring note.
