In this workshop, you'll learn how to prepare a brioche dough that's rich in flavor and texture, and how to work with it in a variety of ways to easily make superb, delicious viennoiseries.

Workshop schedule (3h30):

• You will make the following recipes:
  • Cinnamon rolls
  • Almond brioches
  • Chocolate pistachio roll
• Throughout the workshop, Muriel will pass on her techniques, know-how and love of quality ingredients, to help you reproduce these recipes at home.
