Do you love bread in all its forms and want to find out how to make it properly? This workshop takes you through all the steps involved in making bread, using high-qualityorganic and local ingredients.
Each date features a different type of bread: natural sourdough, sandwich bread, burger, hot dog, bagel...
Workshop schedule (3h30):
- You'll learn to master all the stages of artisan bread-making, working with organic flours, the long fermentation process...
- Depending on the topics covered, you'll also be asked to create toppings (cream cheese, vegetable galettes, homemade sauces, etc.).
- Throughout the workshop, Muriel will pass on her techniques, know-how and love of quality ingredients, to help you reproduce these recipes at home.
The art of breadmaking will hold no secrets for you!
