Alice offers a 3-hour immersive workshop to give you an in-depth understanding of artisanal roasting, from the characteristics of green coffee to roasting profiles.
Workshop schedule (3h):
- Introduction to coffee: cultivation, varieties, process and characteristics of green coffee (30 min)
- Explanation of the basics of artisanal roasting and its phases (30 min)
- Tasting of 3 coffees with different roasting profiles (30 min)
- Demonstration on a roaster (30 min)
- Guidedpractical work (60 min)
You'll leave with a 150g bag of your own freshly roasted coffee!
You'll learn how to analyze the impact of roasting in the cup through a comparative tasting, before carrying out your own practical tests on a roaster.
