Workshop to build a rectangular wooden table in Paris

Philippe & his team welcome you to their woodworking workshop. You'll learn how to handle wood from raw material to finished product. The workshop takes place over 2 days: a first session of 1h30 and a second of 4h30. You will have the opportunity to make a rectangular coffee table in olive ash veneer measuring approximately 90 cm x 55 cm (2.5 cm thick and 40 cm high). This activity will give everyone the chance to add their own personal touch and create a unique object.

Workshop schedule (2 days) :

• Cutting Olivier Ash veneer to size
• Assembly of veneer sheets for the underside
• Pressing the top after gluing
• Cleaning, trimming and scraping
• Edging. Gluing and trimming
• Installation of black-tinted metal pin feet
• Sanding and water-soluble matte or satin varnish
