Workshop itinerary (2 hours):

• To ensure it can withstand your knife, you’ll first need to choose a hardwood from a wide selection: beech, oak, acacia, and more.
• It’s up to you to design your cutting board however you like: round, square, diamond-shaped, or rectangular—let your imagination run wild!
• Cutting and getting familiar with the tools: depending on the materials and the shape of your cutting board, you’ll choose the best technique.
• Finally, finishing touches: sanding and oiling.
