Take the time to create an exceptional object that is both aesthetic, functional and entirely personalized. In this individual workshop, you'll be accompanied by Manuel, a passionate craftsman, as you build a genuine chef's knife with your own hands.

Program:

• Tour of the workshop and presentation of the various manufacturing stages
• Choosing the wood for the handle from noble species (oak, walnut, acacia, olive, chestnut...), often reclaimed.
• Shaping of the handle according to shape and desired grip
• Polishing and treatment of the flat-ground blade, from handle to tip
• Complete knifeassembly : gluing, riveting, precise sharpening and final varnishing
