• You’ll learn how to weigh and prepare the basic ingredients—including almond flour and powdered sugar—before mixing them to form a smooth batter.
• You’ll discover the techniques for mixing and piping the batter to form uniform shells, before letting them dry and then baking them.
• You’ll make a ganache or filling that pairs well with your chosen flavors, then learn how to assemble your shells into beautiful macarons.
• You’ll finish the workshop with a tasting of your creations and take your macarons home to extend this indulgent experience!
