For two hours, children ages 6 to 12 discover the joy of cooking alongside the chef, without their parents. Through delicious, age-appropriate recipes, they learn to identify ingredients, use kitchen tools, and prepare their first dishes in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Course Overview

• The children will discover the joy of cooking by participating in every step of the recipes themselves and by developing their curiosity about flavors and ingredients.
• They’ll learn to weigh the various ingredients and discover why the right proportions are essential for a successful recipe.
• They’ll learn to identify the ingredients used in the dishes and explore their textures, flavors, and unique characteristics.
• They’ll make various mixtures and preparations while gradually learning the proper techniques and methods suited to each recipe.
• They’ll learn the basics of cooking and discover how heat transforms ingredients and dishes.
• Depending on the class theme, they’ll make recipes featuring homemade rolls and snacks, snacks from around the world, their first cream puffs, strawberry treats, crepes, spreads, or even savory dishes like homemade polpette.

Through this workshop, children develop their independence and creativity while discovering the basics of cooking and baking. A fun and delicious experience designed to spark their interest in cooking and inspire them to recreate their favorite recipes at home.
