A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi with a passion for pastry, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop and make a delicious Paris Brest in her studio in the 17th arrondissement.
Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Briefing on the program of your workshop and the different steps you'll be carrying out
- Making the choux pastry, poaching the choux and baking it
- Making the hazelnut cream
- Assembling your cake
- You'll leave with your own creation to enjoy at home.

I'd recommend it! The experience was really nice. Our pastry chef was smiling and educational. We made a paris-Brest and a choux praliné. The result is just delicious! What's more, I really like the "Sucre Rousse" wink. Give it a try and find out!

Paris Brest workshop offered for my daughter's birthday. She loved the activity, as well as Deborah's dynamic and enriching personality. The premises were well laid out, colorful and pleasant for baking in good conditions. My daughter can't wait to do more workshops at Sucre rousse.

Deborah explained the preparation steps clearly and with a lot of humor. We left with 7 Paris-Brest and were able to offer some to our friends and family :) We even had some leftover choux pastry to put in the freezer :)
