Activity description :

Come and prepare a whole pig with Loïc. From sausages to gratton, we'll do it all! You'll be working with a pig from a local, non-intensive farm.

Course of the activity (2 days) :

  • Theoretical part: Loïc explains how to get the best out of the pig and how not to waste anything.
  • You'll learn how to cut up the different parts correctly, and how to make butchering preparations and preserves.
  • Practical part: time for processing, pâtés, sausages, confit sausages, sausages and rillettes. You'll have plenty to do!
  • You'll leave with 10kg of processed pork.

This is a great workshop to offer someone who loves good meat and wants to go further and discover new skills.
