Enter the gourmet world of raw cocoa during this 45-minute tasting workshop at a factory in the heart of Paris. You'll discover a different way of preparing chocolate: here, the beans are cold-ground in stone millstones to keep all the cocoa's virtues intact, unlike the other manufacturing process, which involves roasting the beans.
Course of the activity (45 min):
- You'll discover the story of Frérédric Marr, a chocolate enthusiast who decided to make raw chocolate (without roasting).
- You'll learn all about the "Bean to bar" chocolate-making process, from bean to bar. From the cultivation of the bean to its nutritional value and final use.
- Discover the subtleties of chocolate at every stage of creation, from the natural bean to the final product.
An olfactory discovery that will appeal to all chocolate lovers.

Very interesting one-hour workshop. We learned a lot about food, health, fair trade and cultivation! Sébastien is passionate and very friendly. And the chocolates are DELICIOUS.

a little too academic and I thought we would have vi instruments, steps with the machines at least the last steps of making chocolate, otherwise instructive and the speaker excellent, he knows his subject, he loves chocolate
