You'll have the privilege of taking part in a cooking class with a starred chef from Toulouse! Jérémy Morin of "L'apparté" 1* Michelin guide and Stéphane Tounier of "Jardin de l'Opéra" 1* Michelin guide invite you to share a culinary moment in their company during a 3-hour class that will enable you to prepare an exceptional menu based on their seasonal menu.

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet the Chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipes and the ingredients you'll be using.
• Preparation of the dishes with the help of the chef's advice and the various techniques you will learn.
• Sample menu: Roasted scallops, "garlic/parsley" espuma Ginger bard broth; Pressed foie gras and confit chuck Potato salad and gherkin granita; Chicken supreme stuffed with miso Green cabbage and green curry panisse; "Guanaja" chocolate soufflé.
• On-site tasting with wine pairings and complimentary champagne/coffee.
