From blade to handle, design your own kitchen knife! A unique opportunity to discover the skills of the knife-maker, work with raw materials... and leave with a tool as beautiful as it isuseful, ready to slice meat, vegetables and sausages in style.

Workshop schedule (10h) :

• Creating the design: sketch out your knife with the attentive guidance of the craftsman.
• Choice of materials: selection of steel and wood (local or exotic species).
• Cutting of the blade, followed by trimming to give shape to your model. Key stages: tempering and grinding, for a solid, sharp blade.
• Guilloché work available for a unique decorative touch.
• Handle assembly, meticulous finishing and final sharpening.

You'll leave with a genuine kitchen knife, forged by you. An object of pride that will never leave your worktop!
