Learn how to make your own Halloumi in the company of an experienced cheese-maker. You'll learn all the steps involved in making this pressed, uncooked cheese from Cyprus.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Introduction to the principles of cheese-making
• With Anaïs' advice, you'll learn all the steps involved :
  • Handling raw milk
  • Coagulation
  • Cutting curds
  • Molding
• You'll leave with your own cheese and tips on how to prepare and cook it at home. Plain or grilled, this cheese will surprise you.

Take part in a gourmet workshop, in a small group of no more than 6 people, in a friendly atmosphere.
