Learn how to make your own cheese the traditional way, in the company of an experienced cheese-maker. You'll go through all the steps involved in making your own St Marcell'eaux (inspired by the famous Saint-Marcellin), as well as fromage frais and fromage blanc.

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Introduction to the principles of cheese-making
• With Anaïs' guidance, you'll learn all the steps involved in milk processing :
  • Handling raw milk
  • Coagulation
  • Cutting curds
  • Molding
  • Draining
  • Texture control
• You'll leave with your creations and tips on how to reproduce them at home.

You'll learn different techniques depending on the product you're making. A gourmet workshop where you can learn a traditional skill.
