Take a culinary journey to Asia with Émilie, a chef with a passion for authentic, seasonal cuisine. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you'll learn how to prepare two Asian street food staples, while discovering precise gestures and pro tips to sublimate each ingredient.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Gourmet welcome to Émilie's kitchen and presentation of the day's menu, with a focus on the fresh, local and seasonal produce used.
• Production of two recipes: homemade dough for gyozas, preparation of a lemongrass-scented filling, folding techniques; then shrimp spring rolls, accompanied by a creamy peanut sauce.
• Advice, demonstrations and guidance from Émilie every step of the way, in a friendly and accessible atmosphere, whatever your level.
• Taste your creations around a large table, accompanied by a homemade Asian cocktail, to end the experience on a festive and exotic note.
