We invite you to rediscover chocolate through exceptional terroirs at La fabrique du chocolat in Nantes. You'll learn how to sublimate the finest cocoa beans to make exceptional chocolate.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Sorting and explanation of the beans and associated cooperatives.
• Roasting of beans and analysis of results.
• Grinding and passage through our mixers.
• Moulding: chocolate is moulded into bars using our tempering machines.
• Each participant leaves with a chocolate bar.
