Each session is dedicated to a specialty, and you'll leave with a superb dessert for 4 to 6 people, ready to enjoy!

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Presentation of ingredients and recipe of the day
• Cookie preparation, mousse creation, assembly and decoration
• Discovery of techniques from the world of Jeffrey Cagnes, suitable for home use.
• At the end of the workshop, leave proudly with your creations, ready to be enjoyed or shared with friends and family!
