• In-depth sensory analysis: evolution over time, complexity, maturity, structure
• Deciphering aging: how time transforms a wine, what it reveals, what it erases
• Stories of bottles, cellars and winemakers - the life behind each bottle
• Open discussion with the expert, no limit on questions
