Pastry Class Outline (2 hours):
- Making Swiss meringue
- Mastering the macaron batter
- Making macaron shells
- Making a chocolate ganache or lemon cream filling
- Learning how to use a pastry bag
- Each participant takes home their creations.
- You’ll receive the recipe sheet used during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.
