Very disappointed, out of the 4 hours of lessons announced, we had barely 2h30. The cakes are made in common, I put the cookies on the plate, and the sands and decorated my cake for 10 minutes of manipulation. So I didn't have the pleasure of making a cake from scratch. The atmosphere was cold. On the plus side, there was plenty of advice and the cakes were delicious. At the end, a tasting session. Over tea, we left with a diploma, apron and recipe file. I imagined each of us with our own work plan and the teacher assisting us. You might as well sign up for an online site!

Too many courses with too many recipes to make at once. Difficult to follow. Very little practice.

Too many recipes in 4 hours, which means that most of them fail or go unfinished. We mainly watch the chef do it and take notes, with very few manipulations on our own. What's the point of watching a good YouTuber? Not a great atmosphere either. We still leave with the recipes, but... I'm very disappointed considering the price and the reputation of the place.

a little too expensive for the content and quality of the products, but quite interesting and professional

Interesting course and great chef, but not enough practice. I had to spend less than 30 minutes of the 3h30 class (which was scheduled for 4h) on pastry-making, and the rest of the time watching others do it, which is a long time... Average value for money.

Nice but I regret that the preparation is shared and not each with his own preparations and therefore can do all the gestures.

I was expecting more patience, so I was a little disappointed. The teacher made us take turns making a small part of the recipe (the 4 hours didn't allow us to do more). Apart from that, it was very interesting, the teacher gave us tips and we left with a piece of each pastry (it was very good!).

Good reception, beautiful premises! Very theoretical course with little practical autonomy. We were thinking more of a format where everyone could practice! Good idea for a tasting at the end of the workshop!

Nice workshop, the chef was great! On the other hand, we don't do a lot of baking, we take turns watching and working on specific tasks in the recipe. We don't take turns making the recipes.

The recipes are great and within the reach of beginners. However, it's a shame there's so little manipulation.

the workshop isn't bad because you make 3 recipes, but I was expecting us to do everything ourselves all the way through, which isn't the case, as a lot of things are done by the chef or the same student. Which is a real shame, because 4 hours is a long time. 4 hours standing up to watch is also a long time, but it's worth the detour in the end. A good tasting and the opportunity to eat 1 dessert out of 3, then leave with a box for the others. A free napkin and recipe.

Superb moment. I learned a lot about pastry. The class was dense, but the chef's energy made it lively! Participants were "shy" (including me :-) ) at the beginning, then very participative at the end of the class. I highly recommend it and personally plan to sign up for another class!
