A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and passionate about pastry, Déborah invites you to take part in a special Valentine's Day gourmet workshop at her premises in the 17th arrondissement.

Workshop schedule ❤️ :

• Friday February 13 at 6pm (2h): cookie coeur two flavors in one heart-shaped cookie, in XXL format to share!
• Saturday February 14 at 2.30pm (2h30 ): entremet coeur d'ivoire : vanille passion - Aheart-shaped mini entremet, featuring a delicately vanilla-flavoredmousse , a flowing passion fruit heart, mirror icing, white chocolate decor and a shortbread cookie.
