You'll go behind the scenes on a guided tour through the winery, the old underground vats, and follow the evolution of the estate up to its 4th generation. Afterwards, let yourself be enchanted by a commented wine tasting while discovering the secrets of the winegrower's trade.
• Sensory wine workshop: awaken your senses with a unique tasting experience, where aromas and flavors reveal the world of wine in a whole new way. Explore the estate through an immersive tour tracing its history and the different stages of winemaking. Take a tour of the winery and its ancient underground vats, and follow the evolution of the estate up to its 4th generation. Next, immerse yourself in a fun blind tasting experience: can you distinguish a white, rosé or red wine in a darkened glass? Finally, extend the pleasure with an à la carte tasting.
• Gourmet experience and cellar tour: for epicureans in search of delicacies. • Christmas trip and cellar tour: discover the secrets of our Alsace wine cellar on an immersive tour that takes you through the old underground vats steeped in tradition to the evolution of the estate and its fourth generation. Then it's time for a tasting of Alsace wines, accompanied by 4 food and wine pairings chosen from traditional Alsatian Christmas dishes. In partnership with the village butcher and baker, we offer a tasting tray with 4 appetizers: Foie gras - Smoked salmon - Bredele - Chocolate.
