Course of the workshop (2h)

• Biliana will give you a short theory lesson on the health benefits of fermented foods! You'll also learn about the link between your diet and your emotions, particularly stress and anxiety.
• Prepare your fruit kefir from A to Z!
• Biliana will take you through all the steps involved in making Kefir , and explain the benefits of fermented beverages for your microbiota.
• You'll leave the workshop with a jar of kefir to ferment at home, kefir grains and a hermetically-sealed bottle essential for making the drink.
